We want you to be happy with Wrenhouse. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by Stripe, which also handles tax compliance and refunds on our behalf for buyers in supported countries. Charges show up on your statement as LINK.COM* WRENHOUSE. To request a refund:
- Open the receipt email Stripe sent you and click Manage to access your billing portal, or
- Email us at loudproudenglish@gmail.com with your order details and we'll process the refund for you.
Tokens and consumed credit
Refunds cover unused token balances and recent purchases within the 30-day window. We may decline refunds where the purchase shows clear signs of abuse (e.g. mass consumption of tokens immediately followed by a refund request).
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
