WrenhouseCreative Hub for English

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 13 June 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Wrenhouse ("the Service", "we", "us") is operated by Simon Long, a sole trader trading as Wrenhouse. By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation (e.g. a school), you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. Individual users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction or have a parent/guardian's consent.

2. The Service

Wrenhouse is a CEFR-grounded creative suite that helps ESL teachers and students generate readers, comics, audio scripts, posters, and similar educational content using generative AI. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use it for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, or to harass others;
  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • upload malware, probe or scrape the Service, or interfere with its security;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or circumvent technical limits;
  • generate illegal content, sexual content involving minors, deepfakes of real people without consent, hate speech, or content designed to deceive or harm.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the content you upload, the outputs you choose to use, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring you have the rights to any input you provide. We may remove content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that breach this section.

4. Generative AI — accuracy and rights

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for a given purpose. Do not rely on outputs for regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without independent verification.

5. Reporting infringement (notice and takedown)

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to loudproudenglish@gmail.com that includes:

  • your name and contact details;
  • identification of the work or right you say is infringed;
  • the specific URL(s) or location of the material you are reporting;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, their agent, or the law;
  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights-holder or are authorised to act on their behalf.

We will review valid notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address explaining why. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the parties involved. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Intellectual property and content licence

We retain ownership of the Service, its software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of the inputs and uploads you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content, and to pass it to the third-party AI providers and infrastructure we use to operate the Service (named on our Credits page), solely so we can provide the Service to you. You confirm you have the rights to grant this licence for everything you submit.

Subject to the Acceptable Use rules and to the terms of the third-party AI providers whose tools generate them, and to the extent we are able to grant it, you may use the outputs you generate through the Service for personal, educational, and commercial purposes. Because generative-AI outputs may not be protectable or exclusive to you, we make no warranty that any output is original, non-infringing, or free of third-party rights — you are responsible for checking before you rely on or distribute it.

7. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account.

8. Payment, subscriptions, and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe, which also handles tax calculation, collection, filing, and remittance on our behalf for buyers in supported countries (Managed Payments). Charges may appear on your statement as LINK.COM* WRENHOUSE. Billing, tax, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Stripe Services Consumer Terms and our Refund Policy.

9. Service level and warranties

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 6 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not permit such exclusion.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the Service ends; you may request an export of your content within 30 days, after which we may delete it.

12. Third-party services and trademarks

The Service relies on third-party data sources, AI providers, and infrastructure, which we credit on our Credits page. Your use of the Service may also be subject to those providers' own terms. Product and exam names such as Cambridge English, IELTS, TOEFL, Oxford, and BEC, where they appear, are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used descriptively only. Wrenhouse is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these organisations, and material generated by the Service is not an official exam product.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
